Meet Our Team
Ted Parent
Ted Parent grew up in Barnstead, NH, attended high school in Pittsfield, NH and then graduated from Dartmouth College, Magna Cum Laude. He then graduated from the University of Michigan Law School and commenced his legal career back in NH. He spent two years with a private firm in Manchester and then moved to Keene and became an Assistant County Attorney in Cheshire County. After two years, he went into private practice and has been in the private practice of law ever since. Ted founded the firm on Roxbury Street in 2000. Ted has focused his practice in recent years exclusively in family law and related matters.
Ted has always been involved with the practice of family law generally, and is responsible for various forms now universally used by the Court as well as for various statutes related to family law that he was instrumental in passing through the legislature. He was also a delegate to New Hampshire’s most recent Constitutional Convention in 1984.
Ted has also been involved in various community activities. He served for 12 years on the Keene School Board and has served on the Board of Directors with the New Hampshire ACLU for 14 years.
In his free time, Ted is a passionate fan of both baseball and opera.
He resides in Keene, with his wife, Ruth Parent, a retired professor of communications at Keene State College.
Sofia C. Cunha-Vasconcelos
Sofia C. Cunha-Vasconcelos grew up in Cambridge Massachusetts. She received her undergraduate degree in Physics from Smith College and began a career in engineering and program management in Aerospace and Defense. She moved to Keene for work in 2008 and decided she would never leave.
In 2018 Sofia decided to leave engineering and pursue law. She graduated from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law in 2021. Sofia joined the office as an intern her last semester of Law School, and joined the firm as Associate Attorney when she was sworn into the New Hampshire Bar in October of 2021. As of January, 2023 the firm welcomes Sofia as a Partner
In her spare time, Sofia enjoys travel, live music, DIY projects, gardening, dancing, and spending time with friends and family. She serves on the Human Rights Committee and the Historic District Commission for the City of Keene and is on the Board of Maps Counseling Service.
Sofia resides in Keene with her two dogs.
Tori Robinson
Tori Robinson grew up in Hinsdale, NH and attended Hinsdale High School and later Keene State College.
Before joining The Law Office of P & CV in 2014, Tori worked as a Case Manager for the 8th Circuit Court — Family Division in Keene. She has over 18 years of experience in the area of family law.
In her free time, Tori enjoys camping, attending concerts, traveling, and spending time with her family. She resides in Swanzey with her husband, Shane, along with her daughter, Emma.
Sasha Hodgman
Sasha Hodgman grew up in the Keene area and attended Keene High School and later graduated from Keene State College with a BS in Clinical Psychology.
Before joining The Law Office of P & CV in 2019, Sasha spent 14 years in the private investigative field.
In her free time, Sasha is a devoted dog lover, enjoys concerts, camping, and spending time with her friends and family.
She resides in Keene with her husband, Joe, along with her children.
Michelle Moore
Michelle Moore grew up in Lowell, MA, the oldest of five children and attended parochial schools. In 1986, she and her husband moved to Keene to raise their family.
Before joining The Law Office of P & CV in 2022, Michelle worked for many years in several different law firms in the area.
In addition to faith, family and friends, she enjoys reading, music, movies, and traveling. She is the proud mother of three grown children and resides in Keene with her husband, Tom, and their two Maine Coons, Opal & Roger.
